"To date globally at least 3 million children have died and millions more have been orphaned due to AIDS. In South Africa alone, at least 1.2 million children are AIDS orphans. They grow up without parental love, support or guidance, many being HIV positive themselves already from birth. Sadly, the numbers are increasing. As Westerners we can either turn a blind eye to this pandemic, or choose to help."
